Unless otherwise noted, watches are warrantied against mechanical malfunction arising from parts failure or assembly errors for two years from the date of delivery. We will individually review each case in order to better ensure your watch experience. This warranty will only apply to the watch itself (not including accessories) and for the verified purchases made through the Pouying website. Please contact the seller if you bought from elsewhere.
Your watch should not be serviced or have the caseback opened during the warranty period. Doing so will void the warranty.
In case your watch experiences malfunctions after the warranty period has ended, we recommend you take it to a local watchmaker for review.
The warranty will only cover problems regarding mechanical malfunction or incorrect assembly of inner parts. It can not be triggered for incidental damage or other issues derived with regular wear.
